These Terms of Service apply when you access or use the Velnoriva online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms and the laws that apply to your purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Using the store
You must provide information that is accurate, current, and complete when you browse, subscribe, contact us, or place an order. Products and product information
We work to describe products, materials, dimensions, colours, features, and care guidance accurately. Screens, lighting, and device settings can cause colour differences. Minor variations in texture or finish may occur. Product imagery and descriptions are provided for purchasing information and do not replace professional advice where one is needed.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when Velnoriva confirms fulfilment or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where there is a suspected fraud concern, stock or pricing error, payment problem, delivery restriction, or misuse of the store. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a refund of the amount received for that order.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices, currency, taxes, discounts, and delivery charges are shown at the relevant stage of checkout. The total displayed before payment is the amount used for the order, except where a carrier, customs authority, bank, or payment provider applies a separate charge outside the store's control. Payment must be authorised through an available payment provider.
Availability and fulfilment
Inventory shown on a product page is based on current Shopify records and may change until checkout is completed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a refund. Returns and consumer rights
