Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, clean, undamaged and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Contact service@velnoriva.com before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. Velnoriva covers reasonable return costs for an incorrect, defective or transit-damaged item, subject to review. Gift cards, used items and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return except where applicable law requires otherwise.
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
Original express-shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law. For exchanges, return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfilment begins.
