Shipping policy
Velnoriva prepares orders for dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery options, shipping charges and estimated arrival windows are shown at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Tracking is emailed when the parcel is accepted by the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier capacity, address issues, customs checks, weather or public holidays.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact service@velnoriva.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfilment begins.
For international orders, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
If a parcel arrives damaged, is marked delivered but missing, or has not moved for seven calendar days, contact us with the order number and supporting photos where relevant. We will review the case with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
