Return Policy

We want each Velnoriva order to be a considered purchase. This Return Policy explains when an eligible item can be returned and how to start a request.

30-day return window

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items should be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging, with any included accessories. Items showing use, damage, alteration or missing components may be ineligible unless the issue was caused by delivery or a product defect.

How to request a return

Email service@velnoriva.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the quickest remedy.

Approval and return address

Do not send an item back before approval. We will provide the return instructions and return address for the order. The address may vary by fulfillment route, so an address found elsewhere online should not be used unless our support team confirms it in writing.

Return shipping and remedies

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and will not make the customer bear costs caused by our error.

Refund timing

After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the funds. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
